2. Service Description

Awaitra is a SaaS platform for queue and service management that offers:

• Real-time scheduling and queue management system
• Multi-channel notifications (SMS, WhatsApp, email)
• Performance reports and analytics
• Third-party system integrations via API

3. User Account

To use Awaitra, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities on your account

4. Plans and Payments

We offer different subscription plans. Payments are processed monthly, and you can cancel at any time.

We do not offer refunds for payments already made, except when required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent activities or that violate third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and functionality of Awaitra are property of Mupi Systems and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Awaitra is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Montes Claros, Minas Gerais.
